Most positions in Anglicare are paid in accordance with the employment conditions in our Enterprise Agreements to provide stable, secure employment to staff and to allow maximum flexibility to meet your individual needs.

Managerial and specialist salaries are negotiated according to your experience and qualification while Anglicare’s Nurses Enterprise Agreement sets out competitive wages and conditions for nurses.
