Disability Accommodation Service

Supports adults with an intellectual disability living within the North Eastern Suburbs

Respite Services

Anglicare SA offers Respite Services for Children and Adults who have an intellectual disability and who are registered with Community and Home Support SA - Disability Services.

Children’s Respite is situated at Montrose Cottage at Netherby and offers a fun filled weekend full of recreational activities for children aged between 5 and 20 years.

Adult Respite services have several community based houses in varying suburbs including: Clearview, Rostrevor & Woodville South.  The aim of adult respite is to provide the family with varying flexible respite options, while providing the individual with a weekend full of community inclusive recreational activities and the opportunity to develop skills and build positive friendships

Respite Services also offer:

  • Vacation Care Programs both for adults and children
  • Day Activities held on Saturdays during the school term
  • Individual Support to help people build positive relationships and engage in meaningful community events.
